- Scanned recent colour photograph
- Confirmed return air ticket.
- Hotel Reservation or Invitation letter (If visiting family or friends).
- Birth Certificate for minors (below 14 years).
Photograph Specifications :
- Recent Photo which must have been taken within 3 months.
- Studio Photo only.
- No Selfie / No Scan photo are allowed.
- White Background.
- No Border / Frame
- Full Face, front view, eyes open
- No head covering, (except for Religion reason)
- Eyeglasses may be worn, but there must not be any glare
Dubai
- Type of Visa : Tourist visa
- Processing Time : 5 Working Days
- Stay Period : 30 Days
- Validity : 3 Months
- Entry : Multiple/Single
Documents required for Visa:
- Scanned copy of first and last page of your Valid Passport.
- Scanned colour copy of your passport size photograph with white background
- Confirmed return air ticket (required for Ok to Board processing)
Photograph Specifications :
- The photo must be 45 mm X 35 mm in size.
- The face should cover 70-80% of the photo.
- In colour. A white and black photo won’t be accepted.
- Taken against a plain white background.
- Taken within the last 3 months.
- Your head should face the camera directly. It should not be tilted or turned, even slightly.
- The head must be centred in the image. You must look directly at the camera and show your full face
- Do not wear sunglasses or tinted/coloured glasses. If you normally wear glasses, your eyes must be clearly visible in the photo
- You will need to email/WhatsApp us the scanned copy of your digital size photograph in JPEG format
Schengen Countries
- Type of Visa : Tourist visa

- Stay Period : Minimum 15 Days
- Validity : Minimum 30 Days

Documents required for Visa:
- Original Passport with a minimum of three blank pages, with a minimum of six months validity and all old passports if there are any.
- Visa Application form
- Two recent colour photographs
- Personal Covering letter in plain for Employed in Company Letterhead for Self-Employed
- Original and updated Bank Statement of the last six months
- Income Tax Returns or Form 16 of the last three years
- Confirmed return flight ticket
- Hotel reservation
- Day wise Itinerary
- Travel Insurance of minimum coverage of EUR 30000.
Photograph Specifications :
- Two photographs Not more than 6months old .
- 3.5X4.5cm Colored
- With a plain white background
- Taken looking straight forward and face seen clearly.
- About 70-80% part of the photo must be filled by the applicant's face
- Must be on a good quality paper
Supporting Documents to be Provided :
- If Employed : Original Leave certificate sanctioned by the company with seal and signature;
Salary slips for the last three months.
- If Self Employed : Business Registration License / Partnership deed / MOA;
Updated bank statement of Company for the last six months;
Company’s IT returns for last 3 years.
- If Retired : Proof of retirement such as pension book, statement etc.
- If Student: School / College / Institute ID Card; Bonafide certificate.
- If Minor: Birth Certificate; No Objection Certificate from the parents / non-accompanying parent on INR 100/- stamp paper;
ID proof of parents such as passport or PAN card.
- If Visiting friend or relative:
Invitation letter; Inviter’s ID proof such as Passport or Resident Permit; Address proof such as Electricity bill, any Utility bill etc.
- If Sponsored:
Sponsorship letter; Sponsor’s national ID proof such as Passport, PAN card or Resident permit; Updated bank statement of last six months; Income tax returns for the last three years.
United Kingdom
- Type of Visa : Tourist visa
- Processing Time : 15 Working Days
- Stay Period : none
- Validity : 6 months
- Entry : Multiple/Single
Documents required for Visa:
- Original Passport with at least 6 months validity and minimum 3 blank pages + all old passports if any;
- Online UK Visa Application form.
- Appointment letter confirmation.
- UK Visa Fee Payment Receipy.
- 2 recent colour photographs.
- Personal Covering letter (For Employed - Plain paper/ For Self-Employed - Letterhead).
- Original updated Bank Statement with sufficient bank balance (last 6 months).
- Income Tax Returns / Form 16 for last 3 years.
- Supporting Financial Documents such as Fixed Deposits, Property Investments, Recurring Deposits, any other Investments etc (Optional but advisable).
Thailand
- Type of Visa :E-visa

- Stay Period : 30 days
- Validity :30 days
- Entry : Multiple/Single
Documents required for Visa:
- Scanned colour copy of first and last page of your valid Passport.
- Scanned colour copy of your passport size photograph with white background.
- Confirmed onward & return flight ticket.
- Accommodation proof in Thailand.
Singapore
- Type of Visa :E-visa
- Processing Time : 5 Working Days
- Stay Period : 30 days
- Validity :30 days
- Entry : Multiple/Single
Documents required for Visa:
- Original Passport with at least 6 months validity and minimum 3 blank pages + all old passports if any.
- Visa Application form(14A).
- 2 recent colour matt finishing photographs.
Attachments Required :
- If Employed - Last One-month Payslip with Leave sanction letter. Covering letter in plain paper.
- If Self-Employed - Covering Letter in company letterhead, Company Registration copy / Partnership deed, etc.
- If Retired - Last 3 Month Bank Statement with retirement proof.
- If Student - Student ID card copy
- If Visiting Friends/ Relative - Invitation Letter from Friends/Relative in plain paper and FIN card copy, Passport copy of sponsor/ relative in Singapore.
- If Visiting Singapore Citizen / S-Pass Holder - Form V-39A is mandatory.
Photograph Specifications :
- Height x Width - 45.0 x 35.0 mm.
- Face Size - 80% of the photo (32.0 to 36.0 mm).
- Face Orientation - Front.
- Background - Plain, light-colored with no patterns or shadows
- No hats or masks. Religious headgear is allowed, but should properly show the face.
